This summer, introductory and advanced courses are held in a lovely shady spot near the beaches of Seignosse.

Group and private lessons are available all year round, with a course in autumn and another in July, from Monday to Friday.

From September to October, evening courses are offered by the Taichi Surf Tribe association at the Pôle Sportif Maurice Ravailhe in Seignosse, for regular year-round practice.

Taichi remains a martial art, but its primary objective is to master the body in space and harness its full energetic potential. Based on fluid, relaxed movements that are beneficial to health.
