The Ki Surf School Method

At Ki Surf School, Tai Chi Chuan can also be used as physical preparation for surfing. Its sequences and postures help to strengthen balance, improve fluidity and coordination, and develop explosiveness with calm and flexibility. This approach enhances body control in space and prepares the surfer to react accurately in the moment.

Tai Chi for Youth

The Tai Chi Chuan is practiced from a young age in China. Contrary to popular belief, it is not a maintenance exercise, nor an esoteric discipline. It is not yoga, even if flexibility has its place, and meditation is done in movement.

At Ki Surf School, Tai Chi is offered to children and young people as a complete psychomotor development tool, combining body and mind.
