Surfing with Eric Lafargue
Eric Lafargue, a state-qualified instructor since 2002, teaches surfing on the beaches of Capbreton, Hossegor and Seignosse, the golden triangle of surfing. The diversity and quality of the waves on these ten kilometers of coastline make this region a favorite with surfers from all over the world.
A small itinerant surf school, Éric brings his equipment directly to the practice area with the Ki Surf School truck. He meets his students at the beach parking lot, which offers the best surfing conditions.
It’s the guarantee of surfing the best spots, at the best time, according to the tide and ocean conditions. Conviviality, performance and relaxation perfectly define the spirit of the surf school.
Courses take place all year round, but mainly from April to October.

Surf lessons for all levels, with individualized instructions at every stage of your progress.

Surfing lessons from age 6. We encourage you to enjoy surfing as a family, whatever your age, for an unforgettable moment of sharing, especially if you have little ones.

Class duration: 2 hours, with a maximum of 8 students, enabling individualized follow-up and adapted progression.

Short “tai chi chuan” warm-up at the beginning of each session, to prepare the body (flexibility, coordination), while respecting each individual’s abilities.

Equipment included: surfboards and wetsuits supplied.
