Surf and Wellness Activities for Businesses and Professional Groups
Ki Surf School designs tailor-made experiences for businesses, works councils, and sports teams looking to strengthen their bonds, boost motivation, and promote the well-being of their employees.
Through sports and outdoor activities, your teams discover a new environment, far from the professional setting, conducive to cohesion, communication, and creativity.
Located on the Landes coast, Ki Surf School benefits from easy access thanks to its proximity to several train stations (Saint-Vincent-de-Tyrosse, Bayonne, Dax, Labenne) and Biarritz Parme Airport, connected by shuttles and regional buses.
Each program is designed according to your specific needs:
- strengthen team cohesion,
- boost motivation and engagement,
- prevent stress and improve quality of life at work.
Combining surfing, tai chi, and rugbysurf offers your employees a complete experience blending energy, balance, and team spirit. These activities create shared memories and sustainably strengthen cohesion in a natural and calming setting.
Rugbysurf: Strengthening Team Spirit Through Play
Created by Éric Lafargue, rugbysurf is an original, fun, and accessible group activity. Practiced on calm water, with a foam surfboard and a mini rugby ball, it promotes:
- cooperation and coordination,
- the development of communication within a team,
- collective decision-making in dynamic situations.
A one-hour session includes:
- an introduction to paddling techniques and board mobility,
- a friendly match refereed by the instructor.
Rules can be adapted for sports teams or corporate groups with specific educational objectives: physical preparation, cohesion, or active recovery.
