A family stay just a stone’s throw from the ocean

Settle into a bright, peaceful apartment in Capbreton, ideally located just 5 minutes’ walk from the central beach and the lively port with its fish market. The apartment, with its colorful decor inspired by surfing trips, offers a warm, relaxed atmosphere, perfect for discovering the Landes coast.

Take advantage of a small green garden for your moments of peace and quiet, and private parking for added convenience.

 

A relaxing, energizing experience

On site, the owner offers surfing and tai chi lessons, while his partner offers shiatsu massages. The perfect opportunity to combine the pleasures of the ocean and the well-being of your body during your stay.

 

Housing composition

The apartment is located on the first floor, right-hand door, accessible via a small outside staircase. You have exclusive use of the entire space, with :

  • Fully equipped kitchen: induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, manual coffee maker, kettle, toaster, bread maker, wine glasses, utensils, crockery and basic condiments.

  • A convivial dining area.

  • A television and a few books for your relaxation.

  • A bathroom with hot water.

  • A washing machine and drying rack for your belongings.

  • Additional heating if required.

Cotton bed linen and tea towels are provided.

Towels are not included.
The accommodation does not have wifi, ideal for a soothing, unplugged stay.

 

Access and parking

You can park your vehicle in the private parking lot and use one of the two available spaces (please leave the other free if necessary).
Access is independent thanks to a secure key box.

  • Low season from 2 nights (basic rate €60/night): November, December, January, February, March
  • Mid-season from 2 nights (+20 €/night): April, May, June, September, October
  • High season from 7 nights (+55 €/night): July & August (minimum 1 week)
