Tai Chi Chuan Lessons in Seignosse
Well-being and Balance in Les Landes
In addition to surfing, Ki Surf School offers tai chi chuan classes in Seignosse, an ancient practice accessible to all. This martial art will improve your mental and postural balance, as well as your coordination. Eric trained in Chen-style taichi in China with renowned masters, Master Chen Xi Peng and his daughter, Master Xuejiao, who now lives in France.
A former Aikido practitioner, Eric became interested in Tai Chi when he discovered that it enhanced his surfing performance. It is with this philosophy – boosting physical capabilities while preserving health – that he now teaches this dual practice.
