Visualisez bambi faisant ses premiers pas, les jambes fr&ecirc;les, genoux en dedans, cela rappelle un peu la posture de base du surfeur, les genoux rentr&eacute;s, sp&eacute;cialement le genou de la jambe arri&egrave;re.<\/p>\n<div class=\"entry-content post-body\">\n<div style=\"text-align:left\">\n<p style=\"text-align:center\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear:both; text-align:center\"><a href=\"https:\/\/1.bp.blogspot.com\/-1wx_3BwFYac\/XSskn14TLCI\/AAAAAAAAQkI\/OJ7h51YSc7QI6YpDr_dE9syMIKe00KSrgCLcBGAs\/s1600\/noun_fawn_250691.png\" imageanchor=\"1\" style=\"margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\"><img decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" data-original-height=\"611\" data-original-width=\"700\" src=\"https:\/\/1.bp.blogspot.com\/-1wx_3BwFYac\/XSskn14TLCI\/AAAAAAAAQkI\/OJ7h51YSc7QI6YpDr_dE9syMIKe00KSrgCLcBGAs\/s320\/noun_fawn_250691.png\" style=\"height:279px; width:320px\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align:center\">\n<p>\nBon, d&#39;accord, ce n&#39;est pas exactement mais &ccedil;a donne une id&eacute;e de la posture recherch&eacute;e : le corps du surfeur vient constamment chercher &agrave; se positionner &agrave; l&#39;aplomb de la jambe avant, afin de mettre la partie avant de sa planche en contact avec la surface de l&#39;eau pour g&eacute;n&eacute;rer de la vitesse.<\/p>\n<p>Cela lui permet &eacute;galement d&#39;engager la planche dans la pente de la vague afin d&#39;utiliser l&#39;&eacute;nergie suscit&eacute;e par l&#39;attraction terrestre : un corps qui tombe subit une acc&eacute;l&eacute;ration importante.<\/p>\n<p>La jambe arri&egrave;re pli&eacute;e vers l&#39;int&eacute;rieur permet de transf&eacute;rer un maximum de poids sur la jambe avant tout en &eacute;tant capable d&#39;exercer des pressions sur l&#39;appui arri&egrave;re. Cela permet de rester constamment group&eacute; sur l&#39;appui de devant. Le virage en haut de vague avec d&eacute;rapage de l&#39;arri&egrave;re de la planche est une parfaite illustration de ce principe : la jambe arri&egrave;re se tend mais le corps reste group&eacute; sur la jambe avant.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center\">\nIl serait int&eacute;ressant de mesurer, sur une vague, le temps que passe le surfeur sur son appui avant : presque tout son temps de glisse le voit pench&eacute; vers l&#39;avant, car le corps d&eacute;port&eacute; sur l&#39;arri&egrave;re de la planche a tendance &agrave; cabrer la planche et &agrave; lui faire perdre toute sa vitesse.<\/p>\n<p>La forme de la voute plantaire implique que le genou avant soit lui aussi l&eacute;g&egrave;rement orient&eacute; en dedans pour que toute la surface du pied reste en contact avec la planche (qualit&eacute; de l&#39;appui), forcer sur la face externe du pied en d&eacute;passant l&#39;aplomb de la cheville aurait plut&ocirc;t tendance &agrave; fragiliser les articulations et &agrave; r&eacute;duite la surface en contact avec la planche.<br \/>\nPar ailleurs, ce genou tr&egrave;s l&eacute;g&egrave;rement en dedans va permettre &eacute;galement de transf&eacute;rer le poids vers l&#39;arri&egrave;re dans quelques cas particuliers : par exemple en bas de vague pour &eacute;viter de planter le nez &agrave; l&#39;issue d&#39;une man&oelig;uvre trop radicale,&nbsp; pour freiner brutalement afin de se caler dans le tube, ou encore pour poser les orteils &agrave; l&#39;avant de la planche sans enfourner.<\/p>\n<p>Toutefois, et il faut insister sur ce point, le surfeur recherche constamment la prise de vitesse sur son appui avant, il est donc vraisemblable que le ratio de poids avant-arri&egrave;re soit de 70\/30 en moyenne. La pression sur le pied arri&egrave;re est r&eacute;duite au temps tr&egrave;s court de la phase de pivot puisqu&#39;un surfeur performant va chercher aussit&ocirc;t &agrave; se remettre sur l&#39;appui avant pour conserver sa vitesse.<\/p>\n<p>Il faut nuancer cette analyse &agrave; propos du longboarder : du fait de la grande portance de sa planche, ce dernier va passer plus de temps qu&#39;un shortboarder sur son appui arri&egrave;re, aussi bien dans les marchers vers l&#39;avant de la planche que dans les phases de pivot.<\/p>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear:both; text-align:center\"><a href=\"https:\/\/1.bp.blogspot.com\/-VtrLd7bZWkA\/XSs0eqYfC-I\/AAAAAAAAQkg\/j1adm7pHROU_Ks_au-NBF47b1p_CT4L4wCLcBGAs\/s1600\/Ki%2BSurf%2BLongbard.jpg\" imageanchor=\"1\" style=\"margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\"><img decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" data-original-height=\"1050\" data-original-width=\"1600\" src=\"https:\/\/1.bp.blogspot.com\/-VtrLd7bZWkA\/XSs0eqYfC-I\/AAAAAAAAQkg\/j1adm7pHROU_Ks_au-NBF47b1p_CT4L4wCLcBGAs\/s400\/Ki%2BSurf%2BLongbard.jpg\" style=\"height:262px; width:400px\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align:center\">\nMais les genoux rentr&eacute;s ont un autre effet positif pour le surfeur dans sa phase d&#39;apprentissage puisqu&#39;ils lui permettent plus facilement de conserver les deux pieds parall&egrave;les : pieds en canard et genoux &eacute;cart&eacute;s vont nuire &agrave; la qualit&eacute; des appuis, r&eacute;duire l&#39;&eacute;quilibre et la mobilit&eacute; du surfeur.<\/p>\n<p>Le genou arri&egrave;re rentr&eacute; permet &eacute;galement d&#39;augmenter le rayon de rotation du haut du corps dans le virage backside, il suffit de faire le test genoux rentr&eacute;s ou genoux &eacute;cart&eacute;s, la diff&eacute;rence est flagrante.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center\">\nLe seul inconv&eacute;nient du genou arri&egrave;re rentr&eacute;, c&#39;est qu&#39;il a tendance a cr&eacute;er une fatigue au niveau des ligaments internes, d&#39;o&ugrave; la n&eacute;cessit&eacute; de bien s&#39;&eacute;chauffer, de s&#39;&eacute;tirer et de pratiquer des activit&eacute;s sportives compl&eacute;mentaires en vue de consolider les muscles garants de l&#39;int&eacute;grit&eacute; des articulations : le<span style=\"background-color:white\"> <a href=\"http:\/\/taichisurftribe.blogspot.com\/\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"color:blue\"><u><strong>tai chi chuan, de style Chen<\/strong><\/u><\/span><\/a><\/span>, en pr&ecirc;tant une attention particuli&egrave;re aux amplitudes articulaires et aux postures permet de renforcer le corps et de le pr&eacute;munir contre les accidents.<\/p>\n<p>A la <u><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kisurfschool.com\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong><span style=\"color:blue\">Ki Surf School<\/span><\/strong><\/a>,<\/u> le <em>bambi stance<\/em> est juste une astuce de coach sportif pour aider les &eacute;l&egrave;ves &agrave; reproduire la posture de base du surfeur debout sur sa planche.
