Small groups for personalized follow-up<\/h3>\n

The two-hour sessions<\/strong>, limited to a maximum of 8 students<\/strong>, provide attentive, individualized support<\/strong>. Eric observes each student’s movements, corrects with precision and passes on simple keys to progressing with confidence and autonomy. <\/p>\n

Body preparation inspired by taichi<\/h3>\n

Each session begins with a warm-up inspired by tai chi chuan (taichi)<\/strong>, designed to prepare the body for surfing: relaxation, flexibility and coordination<\/strong> are called for, while respecting individual abilities.<\/p>\n

      Year-round club surfing for residents of Sud Landes, with partner association Taichi Surf Tribe.<\/p>\n
