Sunday, May 29 in Seignosse, the partner club, Taichi Surf Tribe, organizes in the Landes, in Seignosse, a tai chi chuan course (Chen style).
Chen Xuejiao, 6th duan in China, will lead this course, she is also an expert trainer for the FFKDA. A direct member of the Chen family, she has been practicing since the age of 5, her taichi is worth seeing.

A morning workshop from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., on the relationship between Qi / breathing / relaxation. Open to beginners, the opportunity to discover taichi at its source, with a great master.
A workshop in the afternoon from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., theme: Taichi origins / martial applications. Open to all martial arts practitioners.
Workshop rate: €35 / €25 for FFKDA licensees
